These weights are great for the swimming pool. They are adjustable and stay on even when exercising in the pool. My ankles are a bit weird so one rubs a bit on the bone but nothing that causes a sore or any pain later on. I really love using these for a little extra oomph in my exercising.I wear these to intensify my workouts and for vocal training.I like how easy these are to put on and get off, and they are just the right weight for my needs. I plan to use them during my daily aquatherapy session.I wear these on my wrists while walking in the pool. They are comfortable and are holding up well.These are great.
