I love the look and feel of this bracelet. I had been wearing it almost two months when I suddenly noticed an emergency contact number on the back had the numbers transposed. I don't know how I missed that before. I may have made that mistake when I ordered, though I find it hard to believe my daughter's number, which I have to hand type several times a week, would be one I would turn backwards. If I were in an accident and someone tried to contact my daughter using that information, I don't have any idea who they would be calling. It isn't even the correct area code.I gave the company the benefit of the doubt, though. I have ordered another bracelet, and I will retire the first one. I triple-checked the information before sending my order. Hoping for an even better result.I absolutely love this bracelet I got for my son who has heart issues it gives you a lot of room to write what you need versus other bracelets that I have found it's good quality and it's heavy duty just know it does come from China and takes two to three weeks to get it took about two and a half weeks for me to receive itVery durable and well worth the money.
